Service fees do NOT include the cost of any parts.
Diagnose fault : Diagnosis is required when it is not obvious which part(s) will need to be replaced i.e. display faults, intermittent faults, stability issues, not-booting etc. It does not include the labour fee to complete the repair. Once we have diagnosed and conclusively identified the cause of your fault, we will advise you of the part(s) cost and appropriate labour fee to complete the repair; standard or advanced (see below). You can then opt to have us repair you Mac, return it unrepaired or buy it off you.
Fit parts, standard : When you know which part(s) you need replaced such as damaged case, failing battery, faulty optical drive etc., no diagnosis is required and the only labour fee is for fitting the part(s). Required part(s) should be added to your order. The standard fee applies to fitting all parts with the exception of those cases listed under "Fit parts, advanced" below.
Fit parts, advanced : As above but covers the additional labour time required to complete repairs which involve the following ...
• Removal/replacement of main logic board.
• Removal/replacement of cracked screen glass on Unibody laptops.
