Combined DC-in & sound board for 1.5GHz (BlueTooth 2) & 1.67GHz (1280x854 screen) models of the 15" Aluminium PowerBook G4. This part will not fit the BlueTooth 1.1 version of the 1.5GHz PowerBook or the dual layer Superdrive (1440x960 screen) version of the 1.67GHz PowerBook. This unit comprises the DC-in socket, the sound in & out mini-jack sockets and the left hand USB port. It connects to the logic board via the DC-cable and the audio flex cable, and to the speaker assembly.
